2 oz Cognac
1 oz Sazerac Craft Mixer

Combine rye and mixer in a mixing glass.
Stir until thoroughly chilled.
Strain into glass.
Spray inside of glass with Absinthe in an
atomizer.
Garnish with lemon peel.
