2005 SAZERAC

1 oz Rye
1 oz Cognac
1 oz Sazerac Craft Mixer
Herbsaint rinse

Combine rye and mixer in a mixing glass.
Stir until thoroughly chilled.
Strain into glass.
Spray inside of glass with Herbsait in an
atomizer.
Garnish with lemon peel.
