2 oz White Rum
1 oz The Cocktail Experiment Pineapple Habanero Syrup
5-6 large mint leaves
2 lime wedges
Handful of pineapple chunks

Muddle pineapple, mint, lime and pineapple
habanero syrup in a glass.
Add rum, ice and top off with club soda.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
