YOU'LL SHOOT YOUR EYE OUT

2 oz Laird’s Applejack
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz steens cane syrup
1 egg white
3 dashes The Cocktail Experiment's Wild Cherry Bitters
3 dashes The Cocktail Experiment's Orange Bitters

Dry shake the egg white with a strainer coil, add ingredients and ice, shake and strain into a glass.
