1 1/2 oz Light Rum
3/4 oz limoncello
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz The Cocktail Experiment's Rose Syrup
Champagne

Combine ingredients in shaker, shake and strain
into flute.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with lemon peel.
